    Find another company, the kidding from people. Nothing working and You have to pay it with losing time.

    It can be realized by buying Domestic and International calling plan.

    Licensed users can roll out to numbers located in the country/ region where their Microsoft 365 or Office 365 license is assigned to the user bases on the user’s location, and to international numbers in 196 countries/ regions.

    To call an international number, you can follow these steps:

    • In Teams, tap the Calls icon on the left, and then open the Dial pad.
    • In the dial pad, enter the country code + international number.
    • Click the Call button to start the call.

    I use Teams just like I used Skype. Skype wasn't free to call phone-to-phone, and either is Teams. It's the same plan. When you are in your Teams account - click on CALLS, the Skype calling application is displayed, along with all of your saved Skype numbers.
