How do I use Teams to make a call to Italy

It can be realized by buying Domestic and International calling plan.

Licensed users can roll out to numbers located in the country/ region where their Microsoft 365 or Office 365 license is assigned to the user bases on the user’s location, and to international numbers in 196 countries/ regions.

To call an international number, you can follow these steps:

• In Teams, tap the Calls icon on the left, and then open the Dial pad.
• In the dial pad, enter the country code + international number.
• Click the Call button to start the call.
