Microsoft Build Challenge 2023

Question

I'm wondering when the challenge ends, can I still access the contents of each challenge to prepare for the certification exam?

Also, for challenges that I haven't completed or have never accessed before, can I freely access the module contents of each challenge just for learning not for getting a free test opportunity?
