Hi
The calling license we subscribed to is about to expire. Is it okay if we don't renew it?
A calling license is a Microsoft Teams add-on license that allows users to make and receive phone calls outside your organization. There are different types of calling licenses, such as Domestic Calling Plan, International Calling Plan, and Pay-As-You-Go Calling Plan. If you don’t renew your calling license, your users will lose the ability to call phone numbers outside your organization. They will still be able to use Teams for internal communication and collaboration.
There is also a 365 subscription that is about to expire, can we not renew it.
A 365 subscription is a subscription service that provides up-to-date Office apps and other productivity and security features. There are different plans for individuals and businesses, with varying prices, devices, and cloud storage. If you don’t renew your 365 subscription, your users will lose access to the Office apps and services included in your plan. They will also lose any files or data stored in the cloud, unless they back them up elsewhere.
Depending on your needs and budget, you may want to consider renewing your Microsoft products and services or switching to a different plan that suits you better.
