Got black screen after RDP to vm and after restart issue resolved

Unable to rdp and got black screen

After typing credentials it starts loading the profile but then loads only black screen and nothing happens. Desktop, taskbar, or cursor is not visible. Other users also have same issue.

I see from system and security logs below. What does is the cause? What does this event id 1012 represents.

    I guess, the events you found in security logs and the blank login screen issue are different. The first issue mostly can be solved by a restart.

    There are some situations where you miss the UI after changing/uninstalling/installing some of the features of windows. The following command can fix that issue

    Dism /online /enable-feature /all /featurename:Server-Gui-Mgmt /featurename:Server-Gui-Shell /featurename:ServerCore-FullServer
