Hello,

I have PC with Win 10 Home (22H2). There is installed Edge, Chrome and Firefox.

I need to login to our internal system, but after successful login and few second (eg 5 seconds), page automatically logouts - how it works in Edge and Chrome. If I try to use Firefox, page after successful login makes infinite loop of redirects.

If I want to login to M365 portal in Firefox, after successful login site makes automatical logout, but in Chrome works properly.

If I try another computer in same network, or at my home, or on mobile phone over cellurar or WiFi, everything is working fine.

I tried to delete all data from browsers, disable firewall, changed DNS to public provider, check antivirus (Defender, Eset Online), all updates are installed.

I cannot contact adminstrator of our internal system, so I dont have any log of system.

    Hi

it appears that the issue you're experiencing is specific to your PC with Windows 10 Home and the combination of browsers you have installed. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Clear browser cache and cookies: Clearing the cache and cookies of the affected browsers (Edge, Chrome, and Firefox) can help resolve login and session-related issues. Make sure to clear all browsing data, including cache, cookies, and site data. Restart the browsers after clearing the data and try logging in again.

Disable browser extensions: Browser extensions can sometimes interfere with website functionality. Temporarily disable all extensions in Edge, Chrome, and Firefox and check if the issue persists. If the problem is resolved, re-enable the extensions one by one to identify the specific extension causing the issue.

Reset browser settings: Resetting the browser settings to their default values can help resolve configuration-related issues. Each browser has a different method for resetting settings. Refer to the browser's documentation or support resources for instructions on how to reset settings.

Check proxy settings: Ensure that there are no proxy settings enabled in the browsers that could be causing issues with the internal system login. Disable any proxy settings and try logging in again.

Check for conflicting security software: Some security software, such as antivirus or firewall programs, may interfere with browser functionality. Temporarily disable or configure the security software to allow the browsers to function properly. Additionally, check if there are any specific security settings or policies in place that could affect browser behavior.

Try a clean boot: Perform a clean boot on your Windows 10 PC to start the system with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This can help identify if any third-party applications or services are causing conflicts with the browsers. Instructions for performing a clean boot can be found in Microsoft's documentation.
