To troubleshoot this issue, follow the steps below:
- Close all programs that are currently using the file.
- Restart your computer and open Visio again.
- Check if there are any updates available for Visio and install them if necessary.
- If the problem persists, try saving the file with a different name or in a different location on your computer.
- Check your disk for errors using Check Disk tool in Microsoft Windows.
