Hi, I have a number of Channels for Third Sector Networks. We have various attendees from other organisations. I have added them to the channel. Anyway - they cannot access the chat function. Anyone know how I can fix this please

hello! I think you can have them open the separate window which allows them to access the chat in full. That worked for me with attendees joining from their Gmail accounts.

It sounds like you may need to adjust the permissions for the attendees in the channel. You can do this by going to the channel settings and selecting "Permissions". From there, you can adjust the settings to allow attendees to access the chat function.
