Lost Authenicate App

Question

I have a problem. My old phone is broken but it had my microsoft authenticator app on it so I can't log in now because I can't use that app.

If I install that authenticator app on another mobile phone and then I want to add my account, it says that I still have to confirm a code in the microsoft authenticator app, but I no longer have it.
