The error message "SQL access control error: Insufficient privileges to operate on stage" indicates that the user account used to copy data from the source database to the Snowflake stage does not have the necessary permissions to access the stage.

Could you please try the below permission.

GRANT USAGE ON DATABASE mydb TO SHARE share1;
