In order to uninstall software, we always go to Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features, find the software which needs to be uninstalled in the list, then remove it.
If you cannot uninstall the software here, you need to find the installation location of the software, check if thee is a unsiantll.exe program to use, if not, just remove the whole folder and delete related registry keys.

Another possibility, your PC got a malware, in this scenario, you need to execute a full scan by security software.
