Hello,

I need to install the KB4490628 on my serveur windows 2008 R2 .

but when i restart to finish install , i have a ehec to install and in the observations i have a error 0x8004002.

I have to scf /scannow .

Then post the results of;
%SYSTEMROOT%\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log

Assuming 2008 R2 on intel then most likely is this one.

0x80004002 == No such interface supported

You could also try a repair install by running setup.exe from the root of the install media.
