Add-ons: I cannot get my add-on to integrate into my excel

My excel add-on is not working.. it keeps asking me to sign in once I download it... and it won't integrate onto my excel.... is this b/c I am using Microsoft 365 personal, and not business??

So confused.

    Hi @Matan,

    To troubleshoot this issue, please try the followings:

    1. Sign out of your Word application and close all Office applications.
    2. Open Word in safe mode.
    3. Restart Word.
    4. Sing in and implement add-in.
