Windows 10 can not restart or shutdown

I cannot restart my computer win I open a work day.

As search the reason . If I KILL the service tiworker.exe

before restart /shutdown My computer. It can be shutdown!

I already update all the patches of windows and office .

I have question :

Why  the tiworker.exe run automatically ? 

How to trace the tiworker.exe why open all the time .?

    Hello

    tiworker.exe is a worm virus, just enter Windows PE and delete this folder.

    The process can be monitored in real time with Process Monitor:
