禁用不同的快捷键，方法是不同的。
关于禁用ctrl+Alt+Del，步骤如下：
打开 控制面板>管理工具>本地安全策略>展开“本地策略”，打开”安全选项“，在右侧窗口中双击【交互式登陆：无须按Ctrl+Alt+Del】，勾选【已启用】，确认。
关于禁用Win键，步骤如下：
Win+R输入“gpedit.msc”，依次点开：
用户配置 -> 管理模板 -> Windows组件 -> 文件资源管理器
双击右侧列表的【关闭Windows键热键】，勾选【已启用】，确认。
