New Promt Outlook Web: Your organization need you to add a sensitivity label to this message before sending it.

Hi!

Some users in our organization now gets a message to label mail when forwarding (Outlook Web). We have S3-classification default as a company wide policy.

This prompt started to appear 2 weeks ago and effected user base is growing. Its the result of the email missing a label.

Anyone know if the standard settings has changed regarding labels for Outlook Web and point me to the documentation?

Prompt says (when forwarding):

Add sensitivity label

Your organization need you to add

a sensitivity label to this message

before sending it.

Chooce a label:

S4 (Open)

S3 (Intra-company)

S2 (Confidential)

S1 (Strictty Confidential)

After a little testing we can see that some users default label is missing when forwarding emails. When they create a new email the default label is there. This is generating more and more support tickets and I suspect something has changed with the labels for Outlook on the web starting mid/late may.

It works as intended for me and we have a company wide setting. Bug?
