Application won't launch and getting this error
Hey everybody,
I am buffled by weird thing that is happening. Since updating the Origin app to EA app there is only one game that doesn't launch.
Upon checking system info for errors I found this error dump:
06/06/2023 20:12 Application Error Faulting application name: MassEffectAndromeda.exe, version: 1.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x596f82f1 Faulting module name: unknown, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x00000000 Exception code: 0xc0000005 Fault offset: 0x0000000144baa2e0 Faulting process id: 0x0x727C Faulting application start time: 0x0x1D998B32C9187FF Faulting application path: I:\ORIGIN\Mass Effect Andromed\Mass Effect Andromeda\MassEffectAndromeda.exe Faulting module path: unknown Report Id: c54f5169-8173-4eaa-ae42-0dd94d40dbdc Faulting package full name: Faulting package-relative application ID:
Does anyone has a clue what could be causing the issue.
I contacted EA support but they seem like they don't have a solution. All the suggested "fixes" don't work.
Thanks in advance
Filip
