MS Teams Voice differentiate internal vs external call and route accordingly

Our companies execs want to have their calls screened, meaning that if an external caller dials an exec through the auto attendant, their call gets routed to a call group to be screened by receptionists, but if an internal caller dials the exec, it gets routed to the exec and not the call group.

The problem is, MS Teams Voice doesn't seem to offer a way to differentiate internal vs external calls or route calls based on conditions like these. Or am I missing how to accomplish this?

    MS Teams Voice doesn't seem to offer a way to differentiate internal vs external calls or route calls based on conditions like these.

    To my knowledge currently it is not possible.
