Performance: (Please refer to the video for details)

  1. Screen stuck
  2. Case cannot be toggled
  3. Mouse and keyboard not responding
  4. Normal music playback

The method I tried:

  1. Replacing Memory Module: Invalid
  2. Wipe Gold Finger: Invalid
  3. Viewing Event Manager Information: Not Captured
  4. Graphics card driver update: invalid
  5. Using MediaCreationTool22H2 to reinstall the system while retaining personal settings: Invalid
  6. Reloading the game, replacing the hard drive where the game is located: Invalid

I think:

  1. There were no issues with playing Battlefield 5, League of Legends, and daily use, only with playing Age of Empires 2, which may be due to software issues.
  2. Unable to capture any error information after getting stuck on the screen, resulting in the inability to troubleshoot the cause of the error. I believe there should be software to record the last state of the computer during the last unexpected restart to reproduce the error.

    Hello there,

If you cannot find anything in Event Viewer during the crash? I would suggest you use tools like Procmon to find the root cause for this behaviour.

Drivers are used for communications between hardware devices and the operating system. Outdated or damaged drivers could be the reason why your Windows keeps freezing. Therefore, you should make sure that your drivers are always updated. Excess heat can slow down a computer, eventually causing the computer to freeze.

You can also troubleshoot all kinds of BSOD from here

Hope this resolves your Query !!
