Currently you can view event logs through event viewer. Find the corresponding time period and view the corresponding error report.
Now that the problem has been solved, it may be difficult to locate the specific cause of the problem at that time. According to personal experience, if you encounter a similar problem next time, in addition to the event viewer, you can also check the queue viewer to see if the email is stuck in the queue and whether there is any relevant error message. You can also check the message tracking log to see if there are any relevant clues.
