Is there a way of reporting which mailboxes send bulk eamils

Question

Is there a way of reporting any mailboxes that have been used to send an email message to multiple recipients?

We have Office 365 and exchange online.

Hi @James Gledson

There is no built-in report about mailboxes sending a single email to multiple recipients.

To me you may need to run a message trace and filter the result by messageID. (an email sent to multiple recipients would have several entries in the result but the messageID would be the same)

If you would like to track which mailbox is sending a large amount of emails, you can access Microsoft 365 admin center>Reports>Usage>Exchange.
