How do I make a website that uploads automatically the answers of a form?
Could please give us more details? Upload the answers from where? To where is supposed to save the data on the form? Please explain a little bit more.

I think you mainly want to achieve automatic upload.
You can put javascript in after the page loads to just submit the form.
