How to import an Excel with the new work items into an Azure board?

Question

The Excel file is in the csv format, has headers Title and Work Item Type (see screen shot), but I got an error:

Found the following header errors: Invalid column headers: Title;Work Item Type. Missing required column headers: Title, Work Item Type.
