In my case Windows 11 did not allow to uninstall the update. I enabled "Routing and Remote Access Service" and it fixed the problem.
How to fix KB 5026372 VPN Issues
Hello, my company and I are still being affected by the VPN issues from the windows 11 May update. Has there been any sort of resolution or fix from Microsoft yet, or is there a fix that I can do in the meantime? Thank you for the help in advance!!

Tambien he presentado problemas con esa actualizacion.
PROBLEMA DE VPN GISNET ThinkPad E14 Gen 2
Saludos.

2023-10-30T14:29:47.2966667+00:00 I'm excited to share a solution I've discovered for addressing the PPP error message in VPN connections, especially for slow VPN speeds. The solution is straightforward: ensure that the "Security at a Glance" indicator remains in the green zone. To achieve this, simply activate both "Memory Integrity" and "App and Browser control."
However, there are instances where enabling "Core Isolation" encounters a roadblock due to Windows security detecting vulnerable drivers and preventing their loading. In such cases, as an alternative, you can temporarily turn off "Memory Integrity." Yet, this might result in either a failed VPN connection or a slower VPN performance.
Here's a workaround:
Enable the "Hyper-V" and "Hyper-V Services" features. without introducing the complexities and security concerns associated with enabling the "Routing and Remote Access" service. It's worth mentioning that the "Routing and Remote Access" service doesn't consistently function as expected after a Windows restart.
