In the first module of AZ-900 there is a question on Iaas, Paas and Saas in knowledge check section but training course material does not include that topic. Is that training course sufficient to pass AZ-900 certification?

If you are talking strictly on that one question about IaaS, PaaS and SaaS I would say it would be sufficient on the topic.

If you want to find out more about the three topics see the following:

    https://azure.microsoft.com/en-in/resources/cloud-computing-dictionary/what-is-paas/

    Hello, @RAGHAV !

Is the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals training enough to pass the AZ-900?

The Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals training gives you a good introduction to all of the subjects required for the AZ-900 but it is not intended to be a stand-alone study resource used for passing the exam. I would recommend going through the checklist on the AZ-900 page:

In particular, I've found that the Study guide along with the official documentation and free practice assessment are great resources. I would also second the recommendation given by @Dillon Silzer to learn more about IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
