I would like to change my profile name in Microsoft Teams

I am trying to change my profile name in microsoft teams. However I cannot find an edit functionality for this anywhere.

I clicked on my profile picture on the top right in the teams app. The following popup appears:

I would like to change the text "Praktijk Uit de knoop Nouwen". How do I edit this?

Note: I am on a personal account, not a business account.
