"Pearson Vue" application keep throwing error AZ-400

Yesterday, I had AZ-400 exam. I sat for it at 5 pm even though my exam was supposed to start at 6 pm but the "Pearson Vue" application keep throwing error. I completed all the details, requirements. I have done my system testing as well. But at exam time the application didn't work and after waiting in queue whenever the questions were supposed to load it started throwing error. I have changed the system also but still faced the same issue.

Exam Date/Time: June 10, 2023/ 6 p.m.

I want to reschedule my exam but as it was not my fault. I was trying till 7.30 p.m. hence, it shouldn't be chargeable to me.
