Workflow failed to start

Question

It is happening for all items it seems , we see following error

& when we click on "Faield on start" it is not showing any records, Please see following screeshot

& when we see the workflow history , it is this workflow not showing in errored workflows nor in completed workflows.

I would like to capture the ULS logs By using the merge -splogfile But what should Be the catagrory I should use to capture the ULS logs. Please suggest.

& apart from capturing logs, what are all we can check. Please suggest.

Please try to use another account not admin account to start the workflow. Then check whether the issue exists.

You could go to the workflow history list by the link below. The workflow history list is the hidden list and store the workflow details.
