Just wondering what type these groups are? M365 groups or distribution list?
When I created more than 10 distribution groups and waited a few minutes for them to update successfully, all distribution groups were displayed in the distribution list in Exchange Admin Center.
If possible, I recommend that you post relevant screenshots so that we can better understand your problem.
