How to sync a mapped network drive to OneDrive

Question

So I currently have a couple of users who want to get a couple of folders shared across to some operatives on iPads, these folders are all saved on the company's servers. The user constantly updates the files and documents on the network and it would be inconvenient for them to have to move it all across to OneDrive, or to constantly manually sync whenever they add a new certificate.

I am hoping there is a way that I can sync these across and if so how. If this is not possible please let me know :)

As per my knowledge, it is not possible to directly sync a mapped network drive to OneDrive, as OneDrive only syncs with folders on the user's computer or mobile device using a sync app.
