Hi @Juan Manuel de oliveira Bestagno ,
Yes, you can create different sets of rules for mobile and workstations using Microsoft Teams under the same tenant using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune). Intune allows you to manage your client's devices and apps from one place, including mobiles and PCs. You can set up compliance policies and configuration profiles for different devices. You can also apply app protection policies to control the behavior of the Teams app on mobile devices, such as preventing users from copying data from the app to other apps on the device. All you need to do is confirm that your license includes Intune features, and you are good to go. To create a compliance policy in Intune, follow these steps:
- Sign in to the Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center.
- Select Devices > Compliance policies > Policies > Create Policy.
- Select the platform for the policy. In your case, you can create different policies for Windows 10 and later (for workstations) and iOS/iPadOS or Android (for mobile devices).
- Configure the settings you want to include in your policy.
- After you configure the settings, select Create.
Remember, the changes you make in Intune do not affect the Teams admin settings. They only apply to the devices you manage in your client's organization. Read more on Intune from here and creating policies from this page.
Also, you can manage security and compliance in Teams using Microsoft 365 compliance center. Here's the documentation link: Manage security, compliance, and privacy in Teams.
