How to solve error code 2149842967 in Windows embedded standard 7 system?

I tried to install kb4012215 update in my Windows embedded standard 7 system, which is running on a Beckhoff CX5140 embedded industrial PC, but it keep showing me error code 2149842967, what should I do to fix it?

    This error 2149842967 means that the update you are trying to install might already be installed or might not be suitable for your computer.

    The KB4012215 is replaced by other updates many years ago, the latest Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows Embedded Standard 7 is KB5027275, you may try to install it.
