Data Migration from AWS Redshift to Microsoft Azure

Hello Techie,

I am working on Migrating Data warehouse which is hosted On AWS Redshift to Synapse.

Can someone please help me with design document template and what are the pre-requisite and how to do data accuracy, query performance, and overall system functionality like :-

Test data completeness

Verify data consistency

Validate data transformations:

Query Performance:

Functionality:

Test data loading

Test data manipulation

Data Consistency and Replication

Error Handling and Monitoring

if anyone can share any document will be greatly appreciated.

Regarding the performance counters you will need to setup some sort of Jmeter or 3rd Party performance testing tools.
