i am getting video tdr failure nvlddmkm.sys error. I formatted my computer 2 days ago because I was constantly getting this blue screen error and I installed everything manually. However, I still keep getting the blue screen error. I tried deleting and updating the driver with DDU, but it still didn't work. While using the Solidorks 2021 application, I encountered this blue screen error 3 times within 30 minutes. I amnot sure if the problem is only in the application, but I frequently encountered this error while watching videos. Here are my DUMP files: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1GxwfGK2VIGROsNud6kMj1WZbSx_Ohrq-/view?usp=sharing

And I can't find the nvlddmkm.sys file in C:\Windows\System32\drivers, I don't know if this is the problem.

    Hello Enes,

Thank you for your question and for reaching out with your question today.

The "Video TDR Failure" error with the nvlddmkm.sys file typically indicates an issue with the NVIDIA graphics driver. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

    1. Update Graphics Driver: Visit the official NVIDIA website and download the latest driver for your graphics card model. Perform a clean installation by uninstalling the current driver using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) in safe mode, then install the new driver.
    2. Check for Windows Updates: Ensure that your operating system is up to date by installing the latest Windows updates. Sometimes, Windows updates include fixes for driver-related issues.
    3. Test with Older Driver Versions: If updating to the latest driver didn't resolve the issue, try installing older versions of the NVIDIA driver. Sometimes, certain driver versions may be more stable with your specific hardware configuration.
    4. Check for Hardware Issues: Ensure that your graphics card is properly seated in its slot and that all connections are secure. Overheating can also cause TDR (Timeout Detection and Recovery) failures, so make sure your GPU is adequately cooled and clean any dust buildup.
    5. Check for Software Conflicts: Certain software applications or utilities can conflict with graphics drivers and cause instability. Temporarily disable or uninstall any third-party software that might interact with the graphics card, such as overclocking tools or monitoring software, to see if the issue persists.
    6. Run System File Checker: Open Command Prompt as an administrator and run the command "sfc /scannow" to check for and repair any corrupted system files that may be causing the issue.

If the issue persists after trying these steps, it's recommended to contact the NVIDIA support team for further troubleshooting specific to your hardware and software configuration.
