Can anyone please help me out with this? Installation for the SQL server is failing and bottom is summary log. I have already tried every thing from the previous answers related to error code 1639 but still failing to installed the program. Please help, Thanks

Please try to manually uninstall SQL Server using the steps provided here.
Run SQL Server setup with Run as Administrator option.
On the Server Configuration page of SQL Setup change the Account Name for "SQL Server Database Engine" to Local System. Below an example of how to do it.
Why do you think LocalSystem will help? It is certainly not best practice to use LocalSystem as the service account for SQL Server.
