Is there Currently an issue with Azure Backup.
I have a client that is getting the following error: "The URL configured for the backup service is not valid, or the service is currently unavailable"
I have confirmed the issue is not restricted to this client and i setup a new build in my lab confirm and I get the exact same error.
Any thoughts or suggestions ??

@jihad majed What is the Azure backup service being used? For example: Azure VM backup, MARS, or MABS?
@jihad majed By any chance, is this MABS server installed on an Azure VM?

@jihad majed This seems more like a network block issue. Please ensure that the proxy or firewall is configured correctly to allow traffic. Refer to the networking section from this document - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/backup/backup-support-matrix-mabs-dpm#networking-and-access-support
