[SOLVED] Unable to deploy models

We are unable to deploy new models with azure's openai service.
The dropdown to select new models has an error saying "No models are available. Please check your access or try again later"

It's unlikely to be a configuration issue since we have not changed anything.

In addition to that, there is an error when the model deployment page is loading saying "Failed to get models Internal Server Error" but they show up anyways.

It would seem azure resolved this problem by itself.
We're not sure why this happened or how it's fixed, but it's all working as intended now.
