    Hello there,

Try to update the BIOS and chipset driver.

Try the Bluetooth troubleshooter at Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.

Try turning off Fast Startup at Settings > System > Power & Sleep > Additional Power Settings > Choose what Power buttons do > Change settings that are unavailable > uncheck Fast Startup.

Hope this resolves your Query !!

If reinstalling the Bluetooth driver didn't work, there are a few other steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check if Bluetoothis enabled in the BIOS settings. To do this, restart your computer and enter the BIOS settings by repeatedly pressing the designated key (usually F2 or Del) during startup. Once in BIOS, navigate to the "Advanced" or "Integrated Peripheralsis enabled in the BIOS settings.
    2. Check if there is a physical switch or button on your device to turn on Bluetooth.
    3. Make sure your device is visible to other devices by going to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices > More Bluetooth options > Allow Bluetooth devices to find this PC.
    4. Try updating your device's firmware or BIOS.
    5. Check if there are any Windows updates available and install them.
    6. If none of the above steps work, you may need to contact your device manufacturer for further assistance or possibly even consider getting a Bluetooth adapter.

I just fixed all, I think problems with Windows using new Bluetooth devices! Go to Intel and download they're updated 2024 drivers instead of continuing to use Windows old 2006 drivers😝
