Hello,

I have 1 active subscription and created 2 virtual machines that are working. I can still connect to them though rdp but I can't stop, restart, cancel, or delete them because it isn't showing in the portal. I tried refreshing the page, clearing my cache and cookies. I tried everything and even the resource names aren't showing. This problem is also occurring on my phone. When I run the azure PowerShell I can see the virtual machines I created though. What should I do?

    @Nostalgia

    It seems like you are having trouble managing your virtual machines in the Azure portal. There could be several reasons why you are unable to see your virtual machines in the portal. To troubleshoot the issue.

    Firstly, please ensure that you are logged in to the correct subscription in the Azure portal. You can check this by clicking on your username in the top right corner of the portal and selecting "Switch directory + subscription". Make sure that the correct subscription is selected.

    If you are still unable to see your virtual machines, it could be due to a connectivity issue. Please check if you have a stable internet connection and try accessing the portal from a different browser or device.

    You can check the network traces on the browser for an error, to capture and review the browser network traces you can follow https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-web-pubsub/howto-troubleshoot-network-trace#collect-a-network-trace-in-the-browser-browser-based-apps-only

    If none of the above solutions work, it is possible that the virtual machines are not being displayed due to a technical issue. In this case, I would recommend reaching out to Azure support for further assistance. If you don't have the ability to open a technical support ticket, please let me know and I can help you further with this

    I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.

    If this does answer your question, please accept it as the answer as a token of appreciation.

    @Prrudram-MSFT I have the same issue, and I can't make a support ticket.
    my services are running as I can access the web app on it, but I can not see the resource in the portal, it seems to be defaulting to a directory that do not have that resource
