Move subscriptions

I have an MSDN and MCT subscription linked to my Azure account. The EMail address associated with this account is about to disappear, however. This would be a good opportunity to move the MSDN and MCT allowances to the same Azure account (/EMail) that has my PowerBI and PowerApp subscriptions.

Is there any way to move the allowances of my MSDN and MCT to another Azure tennant?
