problem when Microsoft tested my game

so when i was developing my game, at the final test it was running good and without any bugs, and i uploaded it to the store. But after a few days Microsoft said to me that the app wasn't displaying any content. (I have win 10, and they win 11, but i don't think that would be the issue) So what do need I do? please help me please!!

You could reply to the email to ask for more details about the scenario that they used to test. And then you could test by yourself about this.

Have you tried to download your app from the store in different device to confirm the behavior?

I couldn't do that because this problem was on the verification step

Could you please create a sideload package in release mode and install on other devices to test?

I don't know how to make a sideload package, but i've tested it on another notebook running win 11, and it's working fine too

Using a sideload package to test is similar to the test when you upload your package to the store. Runing from Visual Studio sometimes won't show the real problem.
