Is there any fast way to convert the following one into one ASP page?

It is much easier if you explain to the community what you are trying to do rather than asking the community to read HTML you copied from somewhere and guess. I think you trying use Google's recaptcha????

that link does not even display for me anyway. As noted, I would just write out what you looking to do, and what you attempted so far. As far as doing a web site with x, y, or asp, or PHP or any other product?

All such systems are able to create such web pages, and at the end of the day, this will come down to your work, your efforts and your skills with the given platform and technology stack. In other words, it usually just work and efforts on your part, and any good web stack can be used to create such pages.

First open the html file with notepad. User's image

Then copy and paste the code into the newly created aspx page.
