Big Maps issue with NVDA tool

While using Bing map control in our application, we got 2 bugs from accessibility team:

  1. When using NVDA as the screen reader, it announces two times “zoom in” or "zoom out" when focusing on them. I have tested it, it works well with Narrator, but not working for NVDA tool.Please suggest a fix

2)When focusing on the “zoom in” or "zoom out" button, there is no visual alternative text displayed.

    Update

    The team has already researched this issue based on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/256776/accessibility-feature-of-bing-map-control and the issue seems to be in the implementation of NVDA and has been reported to them as of 2021 or earlier. You can see that other tools do not have this peculiarity.

    It is my understanding that Microsoft will not be issuing a fix from our side as this will likely impact other Accessibility tools so we recommend doing the same and leveraging a different option than NVDA until they implement a fix.
