Dear Microsoft Support,

I hope this email finds you well. My name is Ismail Thazheveettil, and I recently attempted the PL-300 exam for Microsoft Power BI. However, I encountered a significant technical issue during the exam that prevented me from completing it.

Approximately 75% into the exam, when I clicked the "Next" button to proceed to the next question, I received an error message stating "something went wrong." The message provided only a single "Close" button, and upon clicking it, the exam application abruptly closed. I can assure you that there were no technical issues with my internet connection or laptop at that time.

I am writing to request your urgent assistance in resolving this matter. It is important to me to complete the exam as soon as possible. I kindly ask you to investigate the issue I encountered during the exam and provide a suitable solution.

I have the following requests:

Option 1: Resume from the Point of Interruption

If feasible, I would appreciate it if you could allow me to continue the exam from the exact point where the application unexpectedly closed. This would ensure that I can complete the remaining questions without any disadvantage.

Option 2: Rescheduling the Exam

If it is not possible to resume the exam from the previous point, I kindly request a fresh rescheduling of the PL-300 exam. This would enable me to start the exam afresh without any technical hindrances.

I assure you that I was fully prepared and committed to completing the exam successfully.

I would be grateful if you could prioritize this matter and provide a prompt response. Please let me know the steps I should take to proceed with either the continuation of the interrupted exam or the rescheduling process.

    unfortunately in this space there is nothing we can say that will solve it.

    I need to inform too you that this is a public platform, made by the community, and even though some of us are Microsoft employees, this is the only place for technical questions.

    I'm really sorry for your issues, but nothing I can tell you to help.
