How to stop Xbox marketing appearing on Windows 11 Professional

I am an IT contractor and just received an dressing down from a client. It seems a number of Windows 11 devices on the Law Firm office displayed marketing material for XBOX live. He validly pointed out this is a business and he does not want staff distracted by this sort of thing - I agree he should not be paying staff to respond to XBOX and other marketing guff that appears in Windows 11. He also mentioned that one staff member clicked on the material and got "lost" in subscribing thinking it was business related, while on his payroll.

How do I turn this and any other marketing off, preferably via GP?

If it cant be disabled can someone at MSFT provide an explanation why this is deemed appropriate on business devices that I can relay/point to for my client?

    Hello,

    Try these GP options

    Open gpedit.msc

    Goto Computer Configuration

    Administrative Templates

    Windows Components

    Cloud Content

One of the options here should enable you to turn them off, I think it's

    Turn Off Microsoft Consumer Experiences.

With Windows Professional you may need to be a member of a domain to enable this group Policy

    Thanks

    Darrell
