We executed the latest patch updates on all Windows 10 PCs and after they got patched some users facing issues with File Explorer quitting on its own, the taskbar not functioning at times, and restoring after a few seconds or a minute.

This is widespread issue within our organization where various attempts to address the problem, such as .NET updates, Windows security patch updates, and driver updates, proved ineffective. However, after thorough investigation, we discovered that the affected systems had the 'News and Interest' feature enabled in the taskbar. Surprisingly, disabling this feature resolved the issue across all systems, providing a successful solution.
