Hello,
I am using Windows 10 (64 bit) and this issue is related to my very own private personal computer.
While installing the latest updates using the windows update I had to hold the power button for few second because my PC apparently frozen during the update installation (more than 30 minutes passed and there were just black screen with the PC still running). After the powering down I waited a few moments and started it again and there were no problems with the start up at all. Once the windows loaded I have received a notification which I have never seen before.
I receive the notification, that the WSCSVC (Windows Security Center) service is turned off, so I try to turn it on, but it just won't. When I open Windows Defender Security Center everything works there just fine, that is, all the statuses are in green, apart form the one related to Windows Defender, which instead of saying "no actions required" as the rest do, it says unknown, but I am fully able to use the Windows Defender, and running a scan is no problem at all (no threats were found). I have also scanned the whole PC using AVG and there were no problems with scanning as well as no threats detected.
My research have brought me to the conclusion, that since this incident I might have some problem with the WMI repository, since when I run the admin command line and use the below command I receive the below answers:

Also I have the following files in the location: C:\Windows\System32\wbem\Repository

But apart from the above (notification about the WSCSVC service being off and no green status on windows defencer) everything works just fine, that is I am able to browser the Internet, listen to the music, browser my files, play games, install windows updates etc exactly the same as before. So my main question is, whether should I even bother with this corruption, since it yields no actual problems with the PC performance? I am literally unable to find any sort of actual problems caused by it. So, is there any reasonable reason to bother with it?
I know that I can use the command "winmgmt /resetrepository" but as far as I know, this is sort of last resort, and I also am aware that some of the program, which I have now installed, can stop functioning properly until re-installed once it is performed, and I'd like to avoid that to be honest.
So, can I just ignore it, since there is no real impact? Is it harmful for my PC to leave it like this?
Is there some non-invasive way of fixing it without having to reset the repository and re-installing a lot of stuff ?
If further information is required, please let me know.
Than You very much for Your support & The Best Regards!
