Restart Azure DevOps artifact's storage

I'm having problems trying to update my nuget packages to the DevOps artifacts storage. Looks like I've exceed the available space. I started to delete a lot of packages that BTW I never uploaded and none of my packages depend on them, and I'm not sure but maybe I screwed it up by emptying the recycle bin.

Is there a easy way to wipe out all packages stored there and start again?
