Issue with the MCE badge

Question

Dear All,

My name is Marios Chatzimichalis and I am recognized MIEE for the school year 2022-23. Also on the Microsoft Learn platform I have an account with this mail: [chatzimichalism@rpschool.gr] and I also have a certification account linked with this mail: [chmarios6028@gmail.com] and MSID: 993243155.

However, I am facing a problem which is as follows:

I passed the exam for MCE and I can't see the badge either on the Credly or on the Microsoft Learn platform. My Certiport ID is 90089767

What should I do;

Can you help me;
