Hi,

I am trying to deploy Citrix Workspace to a macOS device via Intune. I get the following error

This DMG file is not supported. Check the prerequisites for deploying a DMG file. (0x87D30143)

2023-06-14_14-24-03

I downloaded the installer from Citrix and can install it manually on the Mac, so the installer does work.

I have been able to deploy MDE and 365 apps to the Mac via Intune. Any ideas on why I am getting this error?

Thanks

I am getting the same DMG 0x87D30143 error except the app that was deployed was a MacOS .PKG app, not DMG, and it shows as successfully deployed to just one of my devices, please advise. User's image

We do have similar issue with .pkg. Same Package configuration got installed on other devices. only for one device we are getting this error.

Same issue here with just two apps (pkg). Many other are working without issue. So looks like not a general issue on the device or the configuration. Both apps can be installed localy on the device by hand without an issue.

    Error message:
The file provided is not supported. Check the requirements for deploying the selected app type. (0x87D30143)

One app does not has a CFBundleVersion in its Info.plist file. The other app has a CFBundleVersion string which does not look like a version string, just a build number like 23456. Looks like intune has issue with such apps.
