    Hello,

When you run disk Cleanup ( Cleanmgr.exe) thee is an option to clean up System files.

When you choose that there are additional option under files to delete.

One of those options should be Temporary Windows Installation files.

When you choose the option to clean up System files do you see that optin under files to delete?

If not are you running as an administrator?

    Thanks

    Darrell
